Across the East Coast for more than two decades, CTO Artists have performed at thousands of events and we are still counting! In addition to regional performances, our artists perform nationally and internationally, often flying across the country and abroad to provide their talents to the most discerning clients. National & international experience... need we say more?
We are the producer!
When you hire a CTO Artist you are hiring all of CTO's Resources. We accept responsibility beyond simply “brokering the deal”. CTO is responsible for producing all of our bands, DJ’s and Specialty Ensembles that you see on our website. We will not simply book something for the sake of booking something. We stand behind every CTO Artist.
We grow artists!
Not any band is qualified to be a CTO band. We first select leaders that are committed to the highest level of professionalism and passion for their craft. Then we select the finest musicians to round out the band! We consult regularly with all of our bands and band leaders to help them achieve the highest level of excellence at every event.
We have the best reputation!
Throughout our company’s history, we have devoted ourselves to growing the very best artists who will give you everything they have for your event or celebration. We invite you to ask around.
Your deposit and event is safe with CTO!
Be careful of “start up” bands, or "individual" band leaders and DJ’s who may have a lot of sizzle when you book them. When the time comes for your event, they may not have had the management skills required to run a business or even stay in business; leaving you without entertainment on the eve of your event. CTO has been in business since the 1990’s. We have THOUSANDS of events to our credit. Your deposit and event is safe with CTO. Our track record is proven. Should you engage our services and have a change of heart, our deposits are refundable if we are able to rebook your date. Due to our stellar reputation, we receive more inquiries for entertainment than we have entertainers! We will have many more opportunities to rebook your event date than any individual band or DJ could ever have.
We are a company not an individual band!
There is strength in numbers. The same is true with CTO. All CTO events are fully insured, and we have multiple systems in place to ensure that you receive outstanding customer service from the time you engage our services through the end of your event and beyond. Should an unforeseen emergency occur and a key band-member or DJ needs to be replaced, CTO will assume responsibility and ensure that your event goes off without a hitch. CTO has the resources that an individual band or DJ could never possess. Be careful who you hire. In uncertain times, many bands and DJ’s can simply disappear with your deposit. CTO has been in business for a long time. We are not going anywhere.

We have locations in Florida, New York City, LA & Philly. We also have the resources to help arrange many types of entertainment. Make CTO your one stop source for all of your entertainment needs.

You will always get a return call or email if we don't immediately answer your call. All of our staff has access to our proprietary database whether they are in the office or working from home so that we can get you the information you need quicker and more accurately than anyone else in our industry.
