We recommend filling out this form approximately 2 – 3 months in advance of your event so that we have plenty of time to review it with you. If you have not done so, please fill this out NO LESS THAN ONE MONTH PRIOR TO YOUR AFFAIR.

Generally, CTO Artists will be your main point person when it comes to planning the details of your event, the music, the speeches, presentations or toasts, special dances & the timing of food service unless we are directed otherwise by you, the host.
