Amanda Bullock, Operations Manager
Amanda began her career with The Ritz-Carlton, Naples in 1995. She gained invaluable experience in several key positions from Guest Services, Revenue Management, Sales and eventually transitioned into Social Catering and Weddings. This role defined her natural abilities and showcased her true talents for providing the finest services to all of the clients she encountered. Amanda’s career in the entertainment production industry began in 2005, where she performed a multi-faceted role as a direct support for internal operations as well as ensuring that all clients’ entertainment needs were fulfilled. In March of 2009, Amanda joined CTO World Entertainment Productions as Operations Manager. As a direct assistant to CEO Carmen Tomassetti, Amanda provides support in all daily operational areas. In addition, Amanda is also involved in aspects of the event planning process. Excelling in customer service and organization, Amanda captures every detail to personalize your event and make it truly memorable and unique.
Brian Lizzi, Music Producer & Consultant
Brian was a music lover from from his first steps, studying the drums at age 6. He became a professional at age 18, leading the popular band Certified Gold for over ten years. Within that time, the band appeared in philadelphias top clubs as well as extensive appearances in Atlantic City Casinos. Also, at age 17 he became a professional drum teacher. Brian was the protégé of Al Ipri, the master teacher and performer who appeared with many of the famous big band artists of that time. His desire to work with up and coming drummers also prompted him to open his own drum studio. Some other interests have included leading his own big band, and performances with the Dovells , Bo Diddley , and numerous recording sessions throughout his career.
Brian first came to World Entertainment in 1993 as the drummer/vocalist for the original CTO band. Since that time, he has moved on to lead the CTO 5th Avenue group, as well as become vice president , then president of World Entertainment Productions. He also serves as music advisor and has been responsible for helping thousands of clients select the perfect entertainment for their events.

Since that time, he has moved on to lead the CTO 5th Avenue group, as well as become vice president , then president of World Entertainment Productions. Carmen Tomassetti, Music Producer & CEO
Carmen Tomassetti started out as a performer. From Piano Bars, to fronting a big band at one time or another Carmen has touched every part of the entertainment performance business.
He has over the years acquired a knack for understanding the dynamics of "creating the ultimate party" from attending and personally producing over 1000 events. (CTO as a who has 8000 to it's credit)
In 2005-2006 Carmen proudly serves as the President of the NY Metro chapter. Carmen first became a member of ISES in 1994. He also has held a variety of leadership positions in ISES NY Metro including Director, Secretary, Treasurer and President-Elect. Presently he is on the board of IACEP.
Carmen is the CEO of World Entertainment Productions aka CTO ARTISTS, an entertainment production and management company that personally selects and manages the musical talent of its affiliated bands. The mission of Carmen's company is to serve clients, employees and subcontractors with elegance, integrity, respect and professionalism. CTO ARTISTS is dedicated to earning the trust and respect of its clients by providing perfectly matched, high-quality entertainment for their events.
With offices in both the Florida, NYC and Philadelphia metropolitan areas, Carmen has come a long way since his days singing behind a piano at Henny's in Stone Harbor New Jersey! Carmen is also a published songwriter. Formerly Carmen was in the bakery business, and owned two pretzel bakeries.

Jan Malono, Music Consultant
For more than 20 years, Jan Malono has been an integral player in the business of entertainment. Jan began her career in Hollywood, California producing television commercials for high-profile clients to include The Walt Disney Company, Universal Studios, Mattel, Pepsi Cola Company and many more. Jan continued her career in Los Angeles with Nederlander Producing Company of America assisting the West Coast President in producing major theatre and concert events in Southern California. Jan’s tenure with Sony Pictures Entertainment and Ticketmaster, Inc. allowed her to learn every aspect of special event production to include Columbia TriStar Pictures premieres and premiere parties, Sony Pictures 2001 Academy Awards party and the popular Sony Open Golf Tournament in Hawaii. In South Florida, Jan has produced and coordinated talent for numerous Country Clubs, Hotels, Resorts, weddings and special events for both corporate and private clients. A supreme coordinator and organizer extraordinaire, Jan’s attention to detail will result in a flawless and successful event each and every time.
Angelina Costa, Music Consultant
As the director of THE WEDDING SEMINAR, Angie has assisted many brides in planning their perfect wedding. Her commitment to the bridal industry is evident from her days of planning educational bridal seminars and also from hosting bridal tea parties with nationally known guest speakers. As a music consultant, she recognizes the important role entertainment plays at a wedding or social function and is ready to assist her clients in choosing the right entertainment for any occasion. Angie is also a proud member of NACE (National Association of Catering Executives).
Jack Rinaldi, Music Consultant
Jack Rinaldi has been providing five star entertainment production for Fortune 500 Companies for over 22 years. Starting out in 1985, originally in coordination with Ritz Carlton Hotels in California and Florida, Jack Rinaldi based his operation and methods upon the very same uncompromising personal service and quality standards which personify the Ritz Carlton image.Whether you are a corporate event planner, an entertainment committee chairman or a bride to be, looking for no less than the extraordinary for that one of a kind event, you have come to the right place.
Tony White, Producer (Los Angeles)
A saxophonist, clarinetist, and flautist by trade, Tony incorporates his jazz and classical background into some of the most cutting edge and exciting music for film on the scene today.
His recent credits include co-scoring the film “Bus Stop”. The film was written and directed by New Orleans based Daniel and Rodney Chauvin, and is currently playing the festival circuit. Daniel and Tony are long time friends and collaborators in the group Hitchhiker. They are working on there second CD. Rodney was recently nominated for an Emmy Award for his work on NBC’s “The Apprentice”(best cinematography)
Tony also composed the Theme Song and underscore for a reality based fishing show that takes place in the Florida Keys called “The A Team Challenge”
Recent work also includes writing and arranging music for Television Legend Rosanne Barr, and collaboration with his brother Glenn White in creating a CD of children's’ music.
Fresh out of school Tony White formed his first touring band, SPECTRUM. The band also featured the outstanding bassist MICHAEL MANRING. Spectrum toured the U.S., eventually opening up for B.J. THOMAS, and DR. HOOK. He soon left that group to be co-founder of the band CHEERS. One of Atlantic City's most sucsessful groups. The band won ATLANTIC CITY'S MAGAZINE Lounge Act of the year for 3 consecutive years.
At this time he also became a member of Philadelphia's busiest horn section, THE ALLIED HORNS.
Tony moved back to the New York area in the early 90's, and at this time he got a call to play with 10,000 MANIACS. He toured extensively with the group, including dates with, PAUL McCARTNEY, MICHAEL STIPE, EN VOUGE, BOYS 2 MEN, SOUL ASYLUM, DON HENELY, KENNY LOGGINS, P.M. DAWN, THE WALLFLOWERS, WORLD PARTY, ZAP MAMMA, etc... His arrangement of "TO SIR WITH LOVE" performed by NATALIE MERCHANT and 10,000 MANIACS along with MICHAEL STIPE was featured on the MTV INAUGURAL BALL, and was later put out on a live CD, with proceeds benefiting the ROCK THE VOTE campaign.
During this time, Tony also had the opportunity to play with PRESIDENT BILL CLINTON. The first time being at a pre-election rally at Garden State park in Cherry Hill N.J., and again at the first inaugural at the Great Southern Ball.
Tony released his self-titled recording debut in 1997, co-produced by DAVID IVORY, (BLUE ORCHID 2503) to rave reviews (see reviews). The disc features 8 original compositions and covers a wide and varied musical spectrum. His next release will soon be out, as he continues to compose, produce, and perform. Tony plays all the woodwinds, piano, guitar, bass and drums, as well as having a collection of various flutes and percussion instruments from around the world, which he utilizes in his home recording studio.
Tony has had the honor of playing with Bachir Attar and the Master Musicians of Jojucha on numerous occasions. He has played festivals in the United States and Europe with the Master Musicians. This ancient Moroccan music came to the western world through people like, Paul Bowels, Brian Jones of the Rolling Stones, William Burroughs and Ornette Coleman to name a few.
Tony has also been playing with the group HITCHHIKER. The group was featured on the RYKODISK CD KEROUAC; KICKS, JOY, DARKNESS. HITCHHIKER has performed numerous times at the KNITTING FACTORY in New York, including performances with legendary composer, multi-instrumentlist DAVID AMRAM. MR. AMRAM was the first to fuse jazz and the spoken word along with JACK KEROUAC.
Recently Tony traveled to the Czech Republic where he headlined at various festivals throughout the country and played the Jazz Club Velenska in the city of Prague.
