Carmen started out as a performer and as a published song writer. His career led him from piano bars to fronting his own band (at one time or another throughout his career) to sound tech, songwriter, and producer. Carmen has touched nearly every part of the entertainment business in one way or another.
Over the years, he has acquired a knack for understanding the dynamics of creating the ultimate party, or as we call it “The Art of The Party”. Having personally produced, attended to, or performed for well over 1000 events, Carmen’s passion for his clients & artists remains paramount in his tireless pursuit of an even better way to produce an affair. Now, CTO as a whole has more than 8000 to its credit, and we are still counting!
From 2005-2006, Carmen proudly served as the President of the NY Metro chapter for ISES (International Special Events Society.) He first became a member of ISES in 1994 and during that time has held a variety of leadership positions in the ISES NY Metro chapter including Director, Secretary, Treasurer and President-Elect. In addition to his efforts with ISES, Carmen is presently on the board of IACEP (International Association of Corporate Entertainment Producers.)
Carmen is the CEO of World Entertainment Productions a.k.a. CTO ARTISTS; an entertainment production and management company that selects and manages the talent of its affiliated bands. The mission of CTO is to serve its clients, employees and subcontractors with elegance, integrity, respect and professionalism. CTO ARTISTS is dedicated to earning the trust and respect of its clients by providing perfectly matched, high-quality entertainment for their events.
Carmen's passion and energy also go into his self created and programmed enterprise management program called OZ. OZ is responsible for the daily operations of scheduling resources, accounts receivable & payable as well as a total sales management. OZ connects all users virtually via computer, any smart phone as well as tablets.
With offices in the Philadelphia & New York metropolitan areas as well as Southern Florida, Carmen has come a long way since his days of singing behind a piano at Henny's in Stone Harbor, NJ and his endeavors in the bakery business when he owned two pretzel bakeries!

As the director of THE WEDDING SEMINAR, Angie has assisted many brides in planning their perfect weddings. Her commitment to the bridal industry iss evident from her days of planning educational bridal seminars and from hosting bridal tea parties with nationally known guest speakers. As an entertainment consultant, Angie recognizes the important role that entertainment plays at any wedding or social function, and is ready to assist her clients in choosing the right entertainment for all occasions. Angie is also a proud member of NACE (National Association of Catering Executives).

Amanda began her career with The Ritz-Carlton, Naples in 1995. She gained invaluable experience in several key positions from Guest Services, Revenue Management, Sales and eventually transitioned into Social Catering and Weddings. This role defined her natural abilities and showcased her true talents for providing the finest services to all of the clients she encountered. Amanda’s career in the entertainment production industry began in 2005, where she performed a multi-faceted role as direct support for internal operations as well as ensuring that all clients’ entertainment needs were fulfilled. In March of 2009, Amanda joined CTO World Entertainment Productions as the Operations Manager. As the direct assistant to CEO Carmen Tomassetti, Amanda provides support in all of the company’s daily operations. Additionally, Amanda is involved in many aspects of the event planning process. Excelling in customer service and organization, Amanda embodies the values of the CTO Mission. She stands ready to assist you in personalizing your event in order to make it truly a memorable and unique experience for you and all your guests.

Tony White, Producer (Los Angeles) Tony@CTO.com
A saxophonist, clarinetist, and flautist by trade, Tony incorporates his jazz and classical background into some of the most cutting edge and exciting music for film on the scene today. His recent credits include co-scoring the film Bus Stop, writing and arranging for TV legend Rosanne Barr, and collaborating with his brother Glenn White in the creation of a children’s music CD. Tony also composed the theme song and underscore for a reality based fishing show pilot that took place in the Florida Keys called The A Team Challenge.
Tony formed his first touring band Spectrum when he was fresh out of school and also featured the incomparrible Michael Manring on bass. Spectrum toured the U.S. and eventually opened for national acts like B.J. Thomas and Dr. Hook. Later, Tony left that group to be co-founder of the band CHEERS, one of Atlantic City's most successful groups that went on to win awards year after year.
Throughout the 1990’s Tony toured with the 10,000 Maniacs and performed dates with some of the world’s most renowned entertainers like Paul McCartney, Michael Stipe of R.E.M., En Vogue, Boyz II Men, Soul Asylum, Don Henley, Kenny Loggins, and many more! During that time, Tony even had the honor of performing alongside President Bill Clinton!
Tony currently calls Los Angeles, CA his home. He and Carmen Tomassetti teamed up several years ago to open the latest chapter for World Entertainment Productions and CTO Artists.

Kirk Boyer, Creative Director Kirk@CTO.com
Kirk Boyer is a world class song writer, producer, engineer, arranger, keyboard player and synth programmer. As early as age 14, Kirk was playing with such artist as Sapphire Band, Breakwater (The late Kay Williams), and Sundown (Kevin Eubanks.) Kirk's band, Sapphire, performed concerts with Mandrill, The Isley Brothers, New Birth, The Black Birds, Sun Ra, and Kool & The Gang.
By the time Kirk was 17, he was performing with Theodore Life, Sam Peaks and Evelyn Champaign King. At this same time, Kirk started recording and programming synthesizers with Theodore Life and Evelyn Champaign King (Alpha Studios in Philadelphia and RCA Studios in New York City.) He was also working with Norman Harris at the old Virtue Recording Studios in Philadelphia while attending Cheyney University of Pennsylvania, and later that year, Berklee College of Music.
Later, Kirk moved to Hawaii to start a band with Ron Lewis. The band later became Paramour and recorded with Marvin Gay and Ray Parker Jr. Paramour also performed concerts with Dionne Warwick, War, Billy Preston and Ozone.
Now, Kirk has 2 Gold Records to his credit as a successful writer, producer, and owner of Mind Of K Productions located in the CTO Screening Room on Main Street in Manayunk (Philadelphia, PA.) Kirk has spent time in recent years recording with and writing for artists like Gerald Veasley, Doug Wimbish, Zach Rusk, William "Smoke" Howard, and Kenny Hamber to name just a few. He has also written commercials for McDonald's Restaurants (Antellis Agency, Chicago, IL), Syd Alston (NBC Los Angeles) and a soundtrack for the movie Truth Hall. Recently, Kirk has arranged songs for numerous Kidz Bop CD's Vols. #1 thru #16 and the Halloween CD.
